Who am I ?

I am a Sweden-based strategic advisor, facilitator, and certified executive coach with 25 years of global leadership expertise. I have been steering humanitarian operations in some of the most challenging regions worldwide, shaping multilateral strategies with global organisations, and driving organisational change at scale.

I bring clarity, smart simplicity, and a hint of playfulness into high-pressure situations. My mission is to help leaders and teams to achieve outcomes, synchronise their priorities, and embrace complexity aligned, and with confidence.
